SUBSCRIPTION CONDITIONS FOR TECHNICAL JOURNALS PUBLISHED AND DISTRIBUTED BY THE SIGMA-NOT LTD. PUBLISHING HOUSE FOR 2008

The orders for subscription of journals distributed by the SIGMA-NOT Publishing House may be submitted on time at the discretion of the orderer. They may comprise any period of time, i.e., concern any number of consecutive issues of every journal.

The orderer can receive the subscribed journal starting from the next month after the payment is made. The orders for issues from before the date of the payment will be filled out within the range of possibility - from the stock being at disposal.

Annual subscription of the journals published by SIGMA-NOT Ltd. Publishing House is possible in two variants:

Members of the science-technical associations associated in FSNT-NOT and students of technical schools of any level may subscribe for one number of the journal using reduced price under the condition that they will send to the Publishing Hourse the order for or xerox copy of the money order with the stamp of the school.

At the request we send the order form with the price list.

The acceptance & realization of the order is made under the condition that the Publishing House receives the confirmation of subscription payment. This document is equal to the order. Subscription payment may be made on generally available forms in post-offices (money order) or banks (transfer order) transferring money to the banking account:

On the payment forms should be legible written the name of the journal, number of copies, period, version & subscription price and the address of the orderer.

Single archival copies are available in the paper version and starting from 2004 in electronic version (net price of 1 copy according to the actual price list). At the request of the customer invoices with VAT can be issued.

In the case of changes in prices during the subscription period or changes in the VAT rate Publishing House reserves the right to ask for the payment of price differences and rate to realize only fully paid subscription.
